Namaste!

I am Diana, Yoga teacher, Gong Master and the human behind Cub. I always searched to reconnect elements of my own biography and to discover what’s the deal with me being born, what do I have to do in this world and how can I authentically and compassionately make the best out of it.

CUB

Cub is a Yoga studio. It is designed as an exploration, knowledge and development hub offering Yoga as the main instrument for growth through self-inquiry.

Yoga is a technology which suggests a multi-dimensional approach for growth of the human being.

Classes

At Cub Yoga Studio “beginner” or “advanced” only captures the capacity to be present in your own breath and life. All available classes addresses the human, not the label. Regardless of the class you choose to join, the experience is tailored so it suits you, carefully considering your physical and mental flexibility from that moment. Cub is a space where you are invited to resize your life approach through observation, acceptance and incorporation of what Yoga practice reveals for you in the present moment.
