This is Diana - Yoga teacher, Gong facilitator and the human behind Cub. I’ve always searched to reconnect elements of my own biography in order to discover what’s the deal with me being born, what do I have to do in this world and how can I authentically and compassionately make the best out of it.

CUB

Cub has recently experienced transformation. No longer a physical location, yet Cub remains a Yoga and Gong studio. Same philosophy, more flexibility though. “Through self-inquiry” remains Cub’s fundamental pillar, designed as an exploration and reliable companion on the path of auto-discovery.

Here, at Cub, we perceive Yoga as a technology which suggests a multi-dimensional approach for growth of the human being.

Classes

Cub Yoga Studio has a simple philosophy: “beginner” or “advanced” only captures the capacity to be present in your own breath and life. All classes addresses the human, not the label. Regardless of the class you choose to join, the experience is tailored so it suits you, carefully considering your physical and mental flexibility from that moment. Cub is a space where you are invited to resize your life approach through observation, acceptance and incorporation of what Yoga practice reveals for you in the present moment.

Hatha Yoga

A smooth class which accommodates an asana | physical posture flow in order to relax and release the stagnant energy from within the body and energetical centres (chakras). The session also includes Pranayama & meditation techniques. Read more

Gong Bath

A Gong Bath is a sound healing session having planetary gongs - instruments calibrated on the frequency of the planets from the Solar System - as main characters. The session promotes profound awareness of physical body and the interconnection with all its emotional and mental layers. Read more

Individual Sound Bath Massage

A holistic relaxation method aimed to restore harmony and balance inside out as a matter of fact. Addressing both the sense of hearing and the sense of feeling, the harmonious sounds of gongs and tibetan bowls will guide towards emotional release of consciously and unconsciously accumulated low frequencies in body and mind. A soothing sense of deep relaxation is created clearing the path for lucidity of the mind and well-being of the body. Read more

Individual Yoga class

A customized Yoga class which considers all the specifics and individual imbalances. A tailored approach, in the most appropriate rhythm, is developed in order to energetically support the harmony of body - breath - mind - Soul. Vital force is brought back to a flowing state. Read more
